Lisa Mair

Hi I’m Lisa Mair and together with my awesome team, we are Ripponvale Pet Retreat.

Back in 2016, in another life, I was sitting at my desk when I found this amazing business and thought “How hard could running a boarding kennels, cattery and full-time grooming be? - and the rest is history.

A former work colleague once gave me great advice, “People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care” and that is spot on. So, with a mix of my farming background and 12 years of building solid client relationships I jumped in boots and all! To say the journey has been breath-taking is an understatement! Through my journey I have had the privilege of meeting so many pets and their human families, shed tears, shared smiles, and experienced a lot of laughter and happiness.

It’s a real honour to be trusted by so many people, many who I now include as friends. I look forward to meeting you soon to talk about your pet’s next great adventure.
